All payments must be made before shipping. Shipping and handling

charges need to be prepaid and added to the invoice. We accept VISA and

MASTER card for prepayment. Also the wire transfer is possible.

Orders will be sent via express delivery services. Delivery charges are prepaid and added to your

invoice. Most of our products (except some Taqs, DNA ladders..) are shipped at 4C with several

ice packs to keep refrigerated condition, but they have been tested and proved stable for up to

three weeks even at ambient temperature.

No returns can be accepted without prior written approval by KOMA Biotech Inc. Returns must be
