Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Orders will be sent via express delivery services. Delivery charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Most of our products (except some Taqs, DNA ladders..) are shipped at 4C with several ice packs to keep refrigerated condition, but they have been tested and proved stable for up to three weeks even at ambient temperature.
Product Use
All products are for in vitro research use only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Returns
No returns can be accepted without prior written approval by KOMA Biotech Inc. Returns must be made within 20 days of receipt of order and must accompanied by a return authorization number.
