Placing orders

Orders may be placed by mail, fax, telephone or e-mail. It is helpful if you quote your customer number (or your purchase order number) when placing an order.

  • Requirements:

    All orders must include the followings;

    1. Billing and shipping address
    2. Purchase order number
    3. Catalog number and Description
    4. Quantity and package size of each product
    5. Contact name and detailed information such as phone & fax number,e-mail address
Payment
All payments must be made before shipping. Shipping and handling charges need to be prepaid and added to the invoice. We ccept VISA and MASTER card for prepayment. Also the wire transfer is possible.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Orders will be sent via express delivery services. Delivery charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Most of our products (except some Taqs, DNA ladders..) are shipped at 4C with several ice packs to keep refrigerated condition, but they have been tested and proved stable for up to three weeks even at ambient temperature.
Product Use
All products are for in vitro research use only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Returns
No returns can be accepted without prior written approval by KOMA Biotech Inc. Returns must be made within 20 days of receipt of order and must accompanied by a return authorization number.
